Here in Ventura County, California we strive to meet the needs of the patients, communities, and customers we serve on a daily basis, 24-hours a day, EVERY day of the year.  Our local fleet of twenty-one Advanced Life Support (Paramedic) and Critical Care Transport (Critical Care Nurse) ambulances are stationed out of thirteen “satellite” stations throughout the cities and communities of Camarillo, Fillmore, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Ventura and our main deployment center and local office in the City of Moorpark.
 
AMR-Ventura is the largest Paramedic Level First Responder and Paramedic Ambulance Transport Provider within Ventura County.  A simple call to 9-1-1 within one of the Ambulance Service Areas that we hold the contract to provide Paramedic Ambulance Transportation will trigger the response of one of our Paramedic staffed ambulances.  Last year alone we responded to over 35,000 requests for service in Ventura County and transported more then 25,000 medical and trauma patients from those responses.  
 
In addition to our role as the largest Emergency Paramedic Ambulance Transportation Provider in Ventura County we also offer a wide variety of Urgent and Non-Urgent Medical Transportation services within Ventura County as well as to destinations outside of Ventura County.  These services may be as simple as taking a patient home from the hospital or as complicated as transporting a cardiac patient who is being kept alive by an intra-aortic balloon pump and respiratory ventilator from a hospital in Ventura County to another hospital for specialized treatment.  When it comes to ground transport and special event medical services, WE DO IT ALL!  Your one number for all of your non-emergency medical transportation needs is...
